Our 50 minute training sessions have a maximum ratio of four clients to one coach. We keep the groups small to ensure that our clients receive a high level of personalized coaching.

Each 8-12 week program is built around improving fundamental movements to improve on athletic qualities. This includes strength, endurance, mobility, power, and more.

At 804 Strength you will not be asked to complete “random workouts”. Each training session has specific goals and target adaptations. Our programming will match client capabilities and take progressive steps toward their goals!

 

Although we’re a community made entirely of different experience levels, we share one commonality— our drive to be better than yesterday!

Regardless of your background, you’ll be provided with the tools to improve on your individual needs and goals. We understand this is hard to do alone—with our small group setting you won’t have to!

Our most popular times are between the 5am and 7am for our dedicated morning crew!
