Our program is built around three full-body sessions per week. You can progress with two; many members thrive on 3–4+ sessions depending on goals and recovery.
Will there be constant supervision and technical instruction throughout the session?
Yes. Every session is fully coach-led with clear direction, real-time cues, technique corrections, and supportive push, always with safety first.
